Pengaruh Identitas Budaya terhadap Strategi Coping terhadap Tantangan Kesehatan Mental dalam Masyarakat yang Terglobalisasi

Masyarakat yang terglobalisasi menghadapi tantangan kesehatan mental yang semakin kompleks. Identitas budaya menjadi faktor kunci dalam pemahaman strategi coping individu terhadap tekanan psikologis dalam lingkungan global. Identitas budaya mencakup nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan aspek-aspek unik dari suatu kelompok sosial. Pemahaman tentang identitas budaya membantu individu merancang strategi coping yang adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan global. Faktor-faktor seperti keberlanjutan nilai budaya, integrasi norma-norma sosial, dan adaptabilitas terbukti berpengaruh dalam pemilihan dan keberhasilan strategi coping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh identitas budaya terhadap strategi coping yang diadopsi individu dalam menghadapi tantangan kesehatan mental di tengah globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review untuk menyelidiki hasil penelitian terkini yang berkaitan dengan hubungan antara identitas budaya dan strategi coping dalam konteks kesehatan mental. Analisis literatur mendalam dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola umum dan variabilitas yang mungkin muncul di antara populasi yang berbeda. Hasil literatur review menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara identitas budaya dan strategi coping individu terhadap tantangan kesehatan mental. Faktor-faktor seperti nilai-nilai budaya, norma-norma sosial, dan adaptabilitas terbukti memengaruhi pemilihan dan efektivitas strategi coping. Identifikasi identitas budaya dapat menjadi kunci dalam merancang intervensi kesehatan mental yang lebih tepat sasaran dalam masyarakat yang terglobalisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan untuk memahami peran identitas budaya dalam mengembangkan strategi coping yang adaptif dan efektif, membantu individu mengatasi tantangan kesehatan mental secara lebih efisien.
